For Each Shirt Sale, How Much Does Bulldough Give to the Charity?
For charity inspired shirts (listed on our online store as “Charity”), Bulldough will direct either 100% of the profits to the dedicated charity from which the shirt was inspired or a specific dollar amount with each item sale (as noted in the shirt description). Profits are calculated based on proceeds less the cost to manufacture, fulfill, and process each shirt. Customers are always encouraged to support our partner charities further by making direct donations as well. Links are available on our Featured Charities page

SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Shirts are generally processed in 24 - 48 hours, and consumers can select their method of shipping with the lowest cost shipping option at 3-5 days. As a result, depending on your location, orders should be received in about a week, but may extend longer if you purchased an item that is not in stock.
Does Bulldough ship internationally?
Yes, shipping costs will vary by country but have the ability to ship internationally.

What if I made a mistake in my order?
If your order has not been processed and/or shipped, please email us right away at help@merchdirect.com and we can cancel your order and issue a full refund to the purchasing card (may need to allow up to 5-10 days for this credit to be reflected). If your order has been processed and shipped changes cannot be made to your order.
Will I be alerted once my order is processed?
Yes! After your order is submitted, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your order number, order details and a link to track the order details. Alternatively, you can email help@merchdirect.com.
